2. RETURN EXCHANGE

EXCHANGE: Purchased goods can be exchanged within 14 days of receiving the parcel. You should send the unused goods by registered mail to the company's address, and put information about what to exchange, the return address and PLN 10 for the return shipment in the envelope, in case of no payment/money in the envelope, the return shipment will be sent as a cash on delivery parcel in the amount of PLN 15. Exchanges are carried out on Fridays.

CONSULTATIONS: If the purchase process was preceded by a consultation, it is free when a sale takes place. If the customer, contrary to the expert's recommendations, decides on another product and then returns it, the cost of one consultation is PLN 150 (Consultations mainly concern the purchase of Virgin hair preceded by sending additional photos, conversations, etc.)

WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT: The Consumer has 14 days from the date of receipt of the parcel to return the goods. Returns should be sent by registered mail and the Withdrawal from the contract should be placed in the envelope (template: I declare that in accordance with Article 27 of the Act of May 30, 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827) I withdraw from contract no. ... concluded on .................... regarding the purchase of goods..... supplemented with transfer details along with the order number and receipt. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH ON DELIVERY SHIPMENTS. We do not accept returns of goods listed in Art. 38. consumer law, especially orders made according to individual wishes or for hygienic reasons (including unpacked goldline hair). Returns are processed every Friday. According to the law, each seller has 14 days from receiving the parcel. The money is transferred to an account in Polish currency, in the case of a return to a currency account, the cost of such a transfer is deducted. We do not accept cash on delivery parcels

Lack of packaging, or the need to sort or arrange the hair is associated with a fee of PLN 20-50, if the hair will show signs of use and will require disinfection - PLN 50. In the case of numerous consultations mms, tel, sms where after several parcels of goods sought on order, a return occurs - the cost of consultation is deducted PLN 150 for each of them.

3. PURCHASE:

After making a purchase, the Buyer is obliged to provide all the necessary information enabling the execution of the order (including color, strand ending or type of shipment, etc.), a different delivery address should be provided in the delivery option form! Otherwise, the parcel may be sent to the data from the FOD.

In the case of purchase on an invoice, the buyer is obliged to correctly mark the proof of purchase.

All information regarding the order is valid only after sending it by e-mail. Any lack of notification to us regarding the goods may result in a delay in shipment.

We always respond to all emails, if you do not receive a return message, write again, it may not have arrived (the internet is not reliable), then phone contact is best. Please do not send SMS, they are not delivered to us.

The "buy now" auction is a binding sales contract, so it entails the obligation to finalize the transaction. If the cash on delivery shipment is not collected by the Buyer, He is obliged to return all costs incurred by the hair4you company.

Photos of the items posted in the auctions are for illustrative purposes only, may slightly differ, depending on the delivery. However, the photos of the hair - colors, are made in a photo studio and reflect reality. Colors may vary slightly depending on individual monitor settings.

The weight of the hair may differ from the declared +/- 10%.

Orders for single strands can be processed within 5 days, and single strands with colors will not be described.

Personalized orders are processed after paying the deposit and are non-refundable.

4. DELIVERY:

Lead time:

I will send the hair/accessories you ordered as soon as possible. We also care about the quick finalization of the transaction. Usually, the shipment takes place on the same or the next day (max 3 working days) after receiving the payment/informing us about the cash on delivery shipment/completing the specification of the goods. Orders placed by 12:00 are considered "placed" on the day of the order (i.e. purchase on the 1st by 12:00, shipment on the 1st or 2nd, max 3rd), purchases made after 12:00 are considered to be made on the next day and from that day we count 1 day - the time declared for sending the parcel (i.e. purchase on the 1st after 12:00, considered as a purchase made on the 2nd and shipment on the 2nd-3rd). WE COUNT WORKING DAYS.

ATTENTION! The "shipment" status appears in the store when we collect the order, it is a logistical, not physical status. After physically sending the courier parcel, an SMS from the carrier comes with such information.

Please check the lead time in the extensions - this may be longer up to 5 working days.

This time may be slightly extended for reasons beyond our control....especially in the pre-holiday periods. Please make a rational distinction between the competences of the seller and the carrier. Please do not make purchases "at the last minute"

Individual orders such as reworking virgin hair from ponytails and e.g. sewing tapes, lightening, streaking, etc. waiting time up to 3 weeks. During the processing of virgin ponytails, a few percent loss of hair and about 3 cm of hair length and up to 10% of weight is possible. The buyer is obliged to collect the hair within 7 days of receiving the notification of the service, under pain of losing the deposit. Each hair purchased from another company will be combed out. In the case of unkempt hair, a fee of PLN 50-150 may be added for combing and arranging. Depending on the method, it may be necessary to prepare the hair for processing and a fee of PLN 1 per gram.

Before each personalization of the hair, it is required to pay a deposit.

Cash on delivery shipments:

* cash on delivery shipment 24h (old PRIORITY parcel) - PLN 19 (lead time + delivery time 1-3 working days)

* Pocztex courier shipment - PLN 25 (lead time + delivery time 1 working day)

International shipments (after prepayment to the account):

It is possible to pick up in person, then you do not wait for the shipment and you do not bear the costs of delivery. If the buyer does not collect the cash on delivery shipment, he is obliged to refund the shipping costs in both directions!!!

PROMOTION - free delivery - applies to orders paid in advance, in the case of returning goods purchased on promotional terms, the cost of sending the parcel PLN 10 is deducted.

7. Copying any information, photos, content (part or all) contained in my auctions is prohibited. The information and photos contained therein are my property.

8. Complaint

In the event that we incorrectly fulfill the order, of course we cover the shipping costs in both directions. Please then send the goods by registered letter, and put information about what we are exchanging and the data for the return of shipping costs in the envelope.

In the case of a complaint about the goods, it should be sent by registered mail within 3 working days from the date of the defect. The shipment should be accompanied by a written request for exchange / repair of the goods along with a description of the problem, information about the cosmetics, paints, etc. used. When sending the goods, you should send it in its entirety (tie the strands at the joints with a rubber band so that they can be assessed) together with the complaint form and with proof of purchase within a non-extendable period of 5 days from the email notification - we will consider complaints within 14 days of receiving the parcel, sending a written response.

We exclude the right of warranty for the entrepreneur.

Personal data will not be transferred to a third country/international organization. Personal data will be stored for the period necessary to provide the service. You have the right to access your data and the right to rectify, delete, restrict processing, the right to data portability, the right to object. The consent given may be withdrawn at any time. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of the processing of personal data that was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal. A statement on the withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data should be sent to the e-mail address hair4you@op.pl. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office or another supervisory authority competent under the GDPR if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the GDPR. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the implementation of the indicated purposes.
